This interactive, web-based training program helps organizations meet New York State sexual harassment prevention training requirements while promoting a respectful, inclusive and compliant workplace. Developed by Bond's experienced Labor & Employment attorneys, the training provides employees and supervisors with practical guidance on recognizing, preventing and reporting workplace harassment.

Organizations can access the training through Bond's Learning Management System (LMS), which includes completion tracking and reporting or integrate the training into their own LMS for a seamless learning experience. Available in English and Spanish (for those residing in NYC), the program includes both employee and supervisor versions and satisfies annual training requirements.
