Each portal offers a plain-language knowledge base with over 140 articles, ticket-based HR support with a 24-hour response guarantee, and compliance resources that stay current as employment law changes.

A key differentiator is confidential reporting built directly into the platform. Because Team Members have their own separate portal login, employees can raise concerns directly and confidentially, without routing through a manager or employer.

Pricing: A flat subscription fee of $249/month, with per-ticket support billed at a $49/hour ceiling for HR Guidance and General Guidance, or a $175/hour ceiling for Consultation, Investigation, and Sensitive Concerns matters.
