Benflo is a benefits education microsite, built one company at a time. Your employees get their own site, branded to you, that explains every benefit you offer in plain English.

Inside it: a short video explainer for every benefit, a clean interface made for a phone instead of a 40-page PDF, and Flo, an AI benefits counselor trained on your actual plan documents. When someone asks what their deductible is at 9pm the night before the deadline, they get your real number instead of a generic answer from a search engine.

Flo works the way a counselor does. She asks about doctor visits and prescriptions before recommending anything.

Built by a licensed benefits counselor with years of one-on-one enrollment meetings. English and Spanish.

Benflo isn't an enrollment system. It works alongside whatever platform you already use, and handles the part those systems were never built for: helping employees understand what they're choosing.
