Disability Management Compliance Specialist (DMCS)
DMCS is an online micro-credential in California leave and accommodation compliance for HR professionals, leave administrators and compliance teams. It covers CFRA, PDL, FEHA, FMLA, ADA and the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act, plus workers’ compensation coordination, the interactive process, reasonable accommodation and documentation. Six lessons with readings and exams, earning SHRM and HRCI recertification credits. DMCS counts toward the CPDM certification and can be applied toward CPDM renewal.
