We offer Train-the-Trainer certification that empowers your internal HR, learning, and talent leaders to deliver our programs, creating scalable, cost-effective culture change owned by your people. Through a phased learning approach, we build capability at scale—Phase One: Content Immersion—where your facilitators experience the full program, complete a tailored intensive, and demonstrate mastery via virtual teach-backs with our master facilitators. In Phase Two: Delivery Mastery, your trainers observe live facilitation, co-facilitate two programs with expert coaching, and receive real-time feedback on facilitation style, questioning, and creating psychological safety. Phase Three: Ongoing Excellence sustains results as your team delivers at least eight programs annually, joins quarterly facilitator coaching sessions, and stays current with evolving curriculum and best practices.
