I was a part of unfortunate company layoffs but luckily the company gave all of us three months of Intoo to help us in our search for our next opportunity. I admit that finding a job was a grueling task, but I took advantage of Intoo's webinars about job searching and available resources. I had my resume reviewed by their coaches and implemented suggestions. I used the Coach Chat feature before an interview and got some great advice on how to answer questions more effectively. She recommended workshops to go through to hone my interview skills and those were very helpful and thought-provoking. Although I had to do my share of hard work along the way and I went through many applications with several interviews, a few going to the final round, it all paid off. I landed a great job with an amazing company in a little over two months. Again, the job didn't land in my lap, but I believe that Intoo definitely helped and gave me the tools to apply and interview confidently.

I was laid off from my software product management role at the end of November and my company's outboarding resources included INTOO career coaching. I was doubtful and almost didn't even use the service at first, but it's proved to be extremely valuable with industry-specific job search advice! INTOO assigned me to a tech recruiter coach who has worked in the field as has legitimate, practical, and current knowledge on resume writing, networking, interviewing, and negotiation in tech. I've received the most focused, actionable, valuable, and contextualized feedback from my coach that has really made an impact on my job search thus far. I hit the ground running when I was laid off and had already crafted a sleek resume and applied to dozens of jobs by the time I met with my coach. She explained what tech recruiters for product management roles were looking for and suggested very specific, logical adjustments to my resume, cover letter, and networking efforts. Thanks to Coach Curry, I had a much better resume than I started out with; thanks to the webinars, I was able to spruce up my LinkedIn profile and prepare to interview, and the written materials on the site helped hugely with all of the above — especially those interview prep questions! Coach Curry was fantastic. You should consider models beyond B2B because continued relationships beyond what your business clients are willing to pay may be wanted by the individual clients like me. I had the privilege to experience INTOO both as an employer and as a separated employee. My experience was very positive all around. INTOO's sales team worked closely with its implementation team, and there were no surprises and delays. We never felt rushed or pressured during the process. INTOO agreed to customize its standard process and timing, notified employees in batches, and followed up multiple times via phone, email, and text. INTOO's technology and robust business processes separate it from competition; in addition, employers can choose support sessions for supervisors and for surviving employees. Overall, I felt that INTOO provided a very good value for outplacement services. Thereafter, as a separated employee, I reached out to a career coach who reviewed my resume and LinkedIn profile right away and provided much needed feedback and encouragement. Highly recommended!

I think INTOO has delivered EXACTLY what it promises on the home page "unlimited, dedicated, live on-demand career coaching 7 days a week" which is really impressive and surprising. I have found the process to be extremely easy and "user friendly" to date. The coach I am matched with responds to my emails very quickly and thoughtfully, I can schedule myself using her calendar and can do it as often as I want. I've asked an extremely wide range of questions as well. In terms of the platform, I think it does a good job at hitting on pretty much every topic someone would not have familiarity with. The main thing here is to recognize that it is not (I don't think...) meant to be a standalone part of the program, but rather to give you a nice overview with practical points and advice that you should use in order to identify what to talk to your coach about. It's really a great company and I would for sure recommend to people.
