I was referred to Intoo and my coach, whose name I will leave out of this review, as a result of a layoff. Initially, I was grateful for the service as I was blindsided by the layoff. While my coach was/is professional, I found that my coach's service/assistance was of very little value. Aside from resume enhancement and LinkedIn optimization, both of which I could have done had I done the research on my own, I found their suggestions and their coaching sessions to be of little value. In fact, had I actually paid for their services, I would have fired them and demanded a refund. Maybe it is Intoo that is the problem, or perhaps it's the coach - either way, I found that all of my sessions with the coach were more like therapy, but specifically for my job search. There was far too much emphasis on my "mindset" and very little advice for how to improve my job search. Despite my best efforts at finding a job, the coach could not guide me on what to do to improve - other than "focus" on the "wins" (six interviews out of more than 300 applications). I eventually went back into business for myself, along with a friend. Again, maybe Intoo is a good service and it was just my coach. Or I had really bad luck. But either way, I will never use Intoo again, nor can I recommend their service. The only "win" here is that my former employer paid for the service, so there was no cost to me.

I've received the most focused, actionable, valuable, and contextualized feedback from my coach that has really made an impact on my job search thus far. I hit the ground running when I was laid off and had already crafted a sleek resume and applied to dozens of jobs by the time I met with my coach.
She explained what tech recruiters for product management roles were looking for and suggested very specific, logical adjustments to my resume, cover letter, and networking efforts. Since implementing the changes, I've had 6 phone screenings, heard back from numerous recruiters, and been able to lead a selective and strategic job hunt.
When I was laid off, my former employer provided Intoo as an outplacement service. They were hugely, hugely helpful. Thanks to Coach Curry, I had a much better resume than I started out with; thanks to the webinars, I was able to spruce up my LinkedIn profile and prepare to interview, and the written materials on the site helped hugely with all of the above — especially those interview prep questions! Coach Curry was fantastic. You should consider models beyond B2B because continued relationships beyond what your business clients are willing to pay may be wanted by the individual clients like me. I also loved all the resources made available to me (webinars, the AI tool for questions asked during an interview process, Sample Resumes, and Teal).

I have found the process to be extremely easy and "user friendly" to date. The coach I am matched with responds to my emails very quickly and thoughtfully, I can schedule myself using her calendar and can do it as often as I want. I've asked an extremely wide range of questions as well.
In terms of the platform, I think it does a good job at hitting on pretty much every topic someone would not have familiarity with. The main thing here is to recognize that it is not (I don't think...) meant to be a standalone part of the program, but rather to give you a nice overview with practical points and advice that you should use in order to identify what to talk to your coach about.
