With a focus on values, this workshop helps to retain employees, build their motivation, create strong working relationships, and re-ignite the service they provide the organization and its clients.
This workshop shows team members why some ways of communicating work with some people, while these same ways may not work with others. They will become masterful at recognizing how others can be influenced, and how to avoid conflict in their relationships.
We use a values-based assessment (SDI) with a group to better understand themselves and each another, the strengths they have, and what causes individual triggers to conflict.
By experiencing practical, skill-based exercises, participants will be better able to make better choices to get the results they need.
"Tina delivered what could be the best self assessment and team building programs our office has had. She was very effective at linking the learning points to meaningful examples from both her personal experience and the information she had on my organization. She has skills in reading the audience and delivering the message with the tone and language that reached people in a meaningful way. As for the tool, my office has used MBTI and DiSC and found the SDI to offer not only personal insights, but actionable tools to apply to the team and office. We came away with cheat sheets on how to better communicate and resolve conflict with each individual in our office." - Branch Chief, US Government Agency
