ELIMINATING DISCRIMINATION & HARASSMENT IN THE WORKPLACE
This course addresses concepts of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace. The content is focused on contributing to a respectful workplace, self-awareness, what to do if you’re a victim or witness of discrimination or harassment, and how to respond if you engage in or are accused of such behavior.
SUPERVISING TO PREVENT DISCRIMINATION & HARASSMENT
This learning path is composed of two courses; the first, our Eliminating Discrimination & Harassment in the Workplace course, presents an introduction to the concepts of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace. The second course covers the added duties and responsibilities of a supervisor in preventing and addressing discrimination, harassment, and retaliation in the workplace.
FOSTERING CIVILITY IN THE WORKPLACE
Incivility has been shown to be a precursor to harassment. If left unchecked, it can create a climate of division and intolerance. By putting programs in place to curb incivility that promote diversity and inclusion, organizations can prevent workplace harassment before it becomes a problem.
DIVERSITY & INCLUSION IN THE WORKPLACE
This course introduces the concept of diversity and inclusion in the workplace. The content focuses on understanding diversity and inclusion and its impact, improving your cultural competency, and what you can do to help foster inclusion in the workplace.
