The modules Idea Learning were able to develop in such a short time demonstrate their capabilities in creating effective instructional materials.

The team at IDEA learning has an organized and learner centered approach to creating training courses. From the development of the objectives to the final course materials, every step was clearly delineated. The team was very communicative at all stages of the process to clearly outline progress and next steps. Over the 6 month period all the courses were completed on time and no deadlines were missed. Idea learning was a wonderful partner in working with us through a strategic review process that resulted in a comprehensive work plan for our department. We began the review process just before Covid-19. Due to the pandemic, there were several items in the process that needed to be updated in real time, for example, the entire Idea Learning team worked with us to conduct stakeholder interviews remotely which was not the original plan. The final comprehensive well-thought through work plan delivered by Idea Learning was shared with internal partner stakeholders, as well as leadership, who were all very pleased with the final deliverable. Idea Learning was proactive with all communications, met all deadlines, they were organized and professional in delivery of all project requirements. On top of all their work deliverables, and required agility in navigating the review during a pandemic, they were a joy to work with. I highly recommend Idea Learning.
