The Pulse offers clients the ability to ask employees five statements along with one open-ended pre-set question. This survey provides a snapshot on how your employees perceive the effectiveness of the human resource programs, their satisfaction with these programs and their engagement to the organization. Using our statements allows for benchmarking to establish a base line for management performance as well as normative data.
For full flexibility, the Pulse survey can be administered monthly, quarterly or annually. Clients can utilize the Pulse survey to gather data on a specific topic or issue. Examples of topics you may want to survey include:
