We had an orientation session with our Account Manager at one of our supervisor and managers meetings. I received overwhelming positive feedback from our attendees after the meeting. They said she is wonderful, a great presenter, and very approachable. During the session, we also had an employee share their positive experience with using Ulliance counseling services.
Later in the day, we had a CISD session for our animal control team. We did have a scheduling hiccup where they had unintentionally dropped the session off their calendar. Throughout that slight moment of chaos, she was just wonderful and never made the team feel uneasy or at fault. She is truly so wonderful to work with and I’m delighted we have her as a resource.
