You've taken a lot of the guesswork out of reading a background screen. Blue folders are all green, no hit files. Yellow folders need review and red are hits that need my attention. You also (most of the time) have great customer service when a problem arises. Chat sometimes no one seems to be monitoring but I know I can always call.
The new log in screen is clunky and difficult to understand. I do like the reports and quick turnaround.
