We were experiencing some significant issues with accurate reporting and delays in results with our previous background check vendor. We had a client of ours refer us to Bchex and once we engaged with their team, we never looked back! Results that were taking weeks or even months to get back, are now coming back within days. Most results are back within 24-48 hours. Although it does not currently integrate with our Applicant Tracking System, this was still a very beneficial change for us. Not to mention, once we made the decision to change to Bchex, Jennifer and her team got us up and running, in no time! They also allowed us to test out some applicants, at no charge, so we could see how the results compared to our previous vendor. There was basically no comparison. Literally baffled at how this company could have any less than 5 full stars. I have used BIB exclusively for our background checks since 2018 and we run approximately 2 dozen per year. It is very straightforward to submit the data and the majority of the reports are back within 24 hours. To address some of the other comments with lower ratings: Slow turnaround time - If you have someone who has lived in multiple different states, that can increase turnaround time. That is not a reflection of BIB not working efficiently. Monthly fee - I had switched to BIB prior to the merge with AEGIS and I can say that the quality and timeliness of the reports has not been negatively impacted. This is actually one of the very few vendors I have that I'm completely satisfied with. Yes, the merge with AEGIS added a small monthly fee, but it is worth it for the quality and reliable service that we receive.

You've taken a lot of the guesswork out of reading a background screen. Blue folders are all green, no hit files. Yellow folders need review and red are hits that need my attention. You also (most of the time) have great customer service when a problem arises. Chat sometimes no one seems to be monitoring but I know I can always call.
The new log in screen is clunky and difficult to understand. I do like the reports and quick turnaround.
