Emtrain has developed a truly modern approach to the compliance issues that all businesses face. I have used their Preventing Workplace Harassment and Drug and Alcohol Awareness training programs for years, and have found them to address difficult issues in a thoughtful and well-rounded manner. Unfortunately, they have changed their business model, and now require a minimum commitment that exceeds the entire annual training budget of most small businesses. If you are a large employer, this may be the solution for you. If you have less than 100 employees, you may wish to look elsewhere for training solutions.
