Emtrain

Rating: 2/5 - (1 review)
TLDR: We are an online training and analytics company best known for our Preventing Workplace Harassment course. Learners tell us they love our "ripped from the headlines" realistic workplace video scenes and using the Workplace Color Spectrum tool to call out bad behavior. HRBP teams appreciate that we help prevent and de-escalate problematic behavior before it becomes an issue for them. Employee Relations teams use our analytics to understand where issues might be brewing in the workplace, and intervene pre-emptively. And if they're too late, they use our microlessons for remediation.

Emtrain's unique approach combines compliance training with skills-based learning and risk analytics. By embedding risk assessment questions into learning experiences, Emtrain delivers insights on employee behavior, ethical decision-making, and organizational risk—empowering companies to be proactive, not reactive.

Most compliance programs focus on checking a regulatory box. Emtrain goes further by turning training into an opportunity to collect meaningful data that reveals how employees perceive and navigate workplace situations. Built-in risk assessments within each course measure employee observations and behaviors tied to key compliance areas—such as harassment, discrimination, ethics, retaliation, and power misuse—giving organizations a clear view of cultural risks as they emerge.

Emtrain’s expert-authored course library includes critical compliance topics such as data privacy, insider trading, global anti-bribery, and information security, along with a customizable code of conduct that reflects a company’s specific policies and values. Courses are scenario-based, legally sound, and designed to help employees build the practical skills needed to make ethical choices in real situations.

The platform also delivers powerful analytics that turn training participation into measurable value. Through Emtrain’s dashboards, compliance leaders can identify behavioral red flags, benchmark organizational performance, and uncover risk trends before they become legal or reputational problems.

With 100% employee participation and psychologically safe feedback mechanisms, Emtrain’s model ensures both insight and accountability.
By integrating training, risk detection, and behavioral data, Emtrain transforms compliance from a static obligation into a strategic business tool—enabling companies to build more ethical, compliant, and high-performing workplace cultures.
