OnePoint was the solution we had been looking for. We needed a time-keeping system that billed like a law firm but allowed for the activities of a nonprofit; recorded time and allocated time to a variety of funders; and be easy to use. OnePoint did all of this. Their team worked with us to customize the software to be exactly what we needed. The software is stable, and down time is usually just for system maintenance. You won't be disappointed.

Great guest service and so much to use. I use mainly the recruiting module for applicants, new hires and active employees. If I ever need help on anything I just call my rep and everything is completed in a timely manner.

I have used ADP, Paychex, Primepay and OnePoint over my 21 years in accounting, and we've been with OnePoint for 5 years now. None have had perfect customer service so I just expect satisfactory customer service. What is important to me then is that the software is easy to understand and use. OnePoint's software I like the best of any I've used. I rarely need to contact them for help and when I do a rep is almost always available by phone. There have been a few instances where I learned a particular setting the hard way, i.e., by an error showing up, so their training and documentation could use a little improvement, but once you learn the system it's easy. I am generally happy with them.

Payroll is always a smooth process and if I do have questions I know that I do have a specific rep for our account but I never have an issue dealing with anyone who answers the phone to get me the help that I may need. Professional staff and easy to navigate website.
