I have used ADP, Paychex, Primepay and OnePoint over my 21 years in accounting, and we've been with OnePoint for 5 years now. None have had perfect customer service so I just expect satisfactory customer service. What is important to me then is that the software is easy to understand and use. OnePoint's software I like the best of any I've used. I rarely need to contact them for help and when I do a rep is almost always available by phone. There have been a few instances where I learned a particular setting the hard way, i.e., by an error showing up, so their training and documentation could use a little improvement, but once you learn the system it's easy. I am generally happy with them.
