ORLANDO, FLA. (PRWEB) SEPTEMBER 26, 2018
Fall is scholarship season! ApplicantTrackingSystems.net is delighted to begin accepting applications for the 2019 HR scholarship, an award that recognizes a special college student for his or her academic fortitude and ardor for the field of human resources. The Florida company has granted a $1,000 scholarship to a lucky and deserving student each of the past three years and is thrilled to continue this tradition for a fourth year.
Scholars are welcome to submit applications between now and January 15, 2019. The scholarship winner will be selected on February 28, 2019. Notification will be sent via email and telephone.
A press release and a posting on the Applicant Tracking Systems site will also identify the winner. The write-up will include a few words from the winner and the Scholarship Selection Committee. These publications may serve as helpful character references for a new graduate looking to excel in the field.
Eligibility requirements serve as prerequisites to selection. Applicants must be enrolled at an accredited college or university within the United States or attending an accredited online college or university while living in the United States. Applicants must also be seeking a degree in the human resources field, such as business management or labor relations.
Additional requirements can be found here, along with instructions for submitting an application.
Upon selection, the $1,000 award will be sent directly to the school that the scholarship recipient attends. The money will be applied to tuition, books, and other school-related financial obligations.
ApplicantTrackingSystems.net is the newest website designed and run by Lucerna LLC. Sister sites HRISPayrollSoftware.com and HRPayrollSystems.net have operated for several years, helping connect companies with vendors offering human resources software. ApplicantTrackingSystems.net helps match companies with vendors offering recruitment software to assist with hiring needs.
The goal of all three websites is to improve human resources and create a better future for workers and the companies that employ them.
The founder of ApplicantTrackingSoftware.net, Dave Rietsema, sees the scholarship as just one more way to strive towards that goal. “The students currently attending college will dictate what HR looks like five, ten, twenty years from now. I see the scholarship as an investment in the field that I love. It has been an honor to meet some of the brightest and freshest minds in HR these past few years and I am thrilled that we can help in this way again. Good luck applicants!”
