Over 1,250 individuals have completed the brief (90 minute) online train the trainer course to become Certified Appreciation at Work Facilitators. They then can use the "Appreciation at Work Implementation Kit" to conduct half-day (or full-day) trainings with work groups. The kit includes instructional videos, slide decks, handouts, and a step-by-step facilitator's guide and is a turnkey resource to easily facilitate a group process.
