An experienced ERC HR consultant joins your team for a set number of hours each month, onsite, remote, or a mix. Your consultant handles day-to-day HR and helps you plan the HR function you’ll need as you grow.
Fractional HR fits organizations without a full-time HR professional, HR departments of one who need more hands, teams covering a leave or departure, and organizations that are scaling, restructuring, or preparing for a sale.
Your consultant covers HR compliance, employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, performance management, and stay and exit interviews. When you need a deeper look, we can run a full HR compliance audit or Form I-9 review.
We start with a kickoff to handle anything urgent, then review your handbook, files, I-9s, and leave tracking. Your consultant then works through a written plan with priorities, owners, and timelines.
You meet your consultant before you start. Your hours are set in your agreement. Our HR consulting team covers when your consultant is out. Our consultants have 10 to 25-plus years of HR experience and SHRM-CP, PHR, or MBA credentials. Each engagement ends with a recommendation on what’s next and a handoff.
