At ERC (Employers Resource Council), we work with leaders to build better workplaces and solve the challenges that don’t come with easy solutions. Fractional HR: An experienced ERC consultant joins your team part time to handle day-to-day HR, from employee relations to policy updates. Your consultant also sets up the HR structure you’ll need as you grow, so you get senior HR help without committing to a permanent hire. Every engagement ends with a plan for what comes next, whether that’s hiring an HR leader, handing the work to someone internal, or keeping fractional support.

Supervisor and manager training: ERC gives supervisors, managers, and teams the skills to succeed in their roles through live, custom training that connects and actually works.

Compensation consulting: ERC’s compensation consultants price your jobs, identify pay issues, and deliver expert-guided strategies backed by trusted market data.

Employee engagement surveys: ERC’s employee engagement surveys give leaders clear actions to keep people engaged and performing at their best.
