The Plan Sponsor University Announces Certified 401(k) Plan Fiduciary Program at DeSales University in Center Valley, PA Center Valley, PA – The Plan Sponsor University (TPSU) is excited to host its Certified 401(k) Plan Fiduciary Program at DeSales University on Tuesday, November 19, 2024. This comprehensive program is designed to equip plan fiduciaries with the knowledge and tools they need to manage retirement plans effectively, uphold fiduciary responsibilities, and protect employee interests. The program will take place from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., with sessions beginning promptly at 8:30 a.m. It will be held at DeSales University Center in the Commonwealth Room, located at 2755 Station Avenue, Center Valley, PA 18034. Led by Adjunct Lecturer Brendan P. Speers, AIF®, CPFA, Partner and Director of Retirement Plan Services at Legacy Planning, the program will cover essential topics on fiduciary responsibilities, investment management, and best practices for plan oversight. Mr. Speers brings years of experience assisting businesses, non-profits, and governmental entities in managing all aspects of employer-sponsored retirement plans.
