We are here to fill the in the gaps for our clients, when they need us. Some clients desire a long-term contract; other clients want our services for specific tasks. Either way, we are here for you. Our founder Mr. Francis after being a member of management since 1981 and in the field of HR since 1994 formed Francis Consulting, Inc. July 1, 2003. The name was changed to F4 Corporation July 1, 2016.
