I have been working with HR Partner now for a couple of months since joining a new business. Having worked on many other HR Systems previously, I can say that this platform is easy to use, and always innovating ways to work smarter. The team are always at hand when we need to go over anything, and I have found that the system is very use friendly from the feedback I have received from the team.

After taking a while to look into the best system that would work for us we finalised our search with HR Partner. The package they offer provides us what we were looking for and a lot more. It is easy to use, and adaptable to what we require. The support from is amazing, with a very quick response to any questions that we have. Additionally we required a couple of bespoke elements built for our needs and these were done quickly and at a great price. Would highly recommend.
HR Partner is convenient and easy to use. I like the variety it can provide, and I REALLY love that the support team is so prompt in helping and replying to any questions or help needed! We have two site teams and a town office - so it really helps with keeping in touch and communicating between our teams. The electronic signatures is unreal - no more loose bits of paper getting lost! There is still further opportunity in developing the software, but the HR Partner team take on all feedback and have much in the pipework as we speak. Service with them has just been amazing, and I have been dealing with them coming up 12 months.
I am fairly new to the portal and its currently excellent. Our company really enjoys the onboarding and the new performance reviews section. At first, we had some challenges with the system, but HR Partner worked with us to get them sorted out quickly.
