The 3C Group, develops great management talent via business simulations. We improve Business Acumen and other Management skills. Our workshops can be facilitated either in a physical setting or virtually. Our simulation-centered workshops have been used in a variety of industries and for many different management levels.
Participating teams compete with each other to "run" a business. They make mult-function decisions and get immediate reports on the consequences of their decisions. Our highly experienced facilitator discusses why things happened the way they did, and ties it back to proven management theory.
