These communications illustrate the symptoms, preventive actions to take, and what to do if employees or family members think they are infected. Most importantly, they list contact information for three benefit vendors:

·          Health plan’s nurse line for healthcare advice,

·          EAP with a range of supporting services, and

·          Benefits service center.

The materials also contain QR codes that link to a 5-minute CDC video and the CDC coronavirus website. Employees can scan the QR codes to access both links on their mobile devices.
