Improving Conversational Knowledge about Rewards - MorganHR's Benefits Study

This study provides a summary of employee benefits for companies in the US market, as well as an analysis across sectors. It also looks at different staffing categories to get more insight into how employers can best support their employees' needs from varying perspectives. When it comes to employee benefits, not all companies are created equal. Some offer more traditional benefits like health insurance and matching 401k contributions, while others offer more unique perks like free meals and on-site child care. But what are the most promoted benefits among employers? And how do they communicate these benefits to prospective employees? To answer these questions, MorganHR conducted a bi-annual study with a focus on compensation and benefits. We analyzed the publicized and promoted benefits on company websites and LinkedIn company pages.
