We have been using ESI as our EAP vendor for three years now and have been extremely pleased with the services provided. The customer service has been excellent, and the additional benefits offered (beyond those from a traditional EAP vendor) have been so beneficial to our staff. The continuous communication they send out to staff is appreciated. So often employee assistance programs get lost in the shuffle, but ESI ensures that the awareness of its existence and value is kept at the forefront.

The breadth of services is unparalleled from traditional counseling to a variety of online training options and a personal assistant option. Their responsiveness is unparalleled. My experience with ESI far surpasses that of every other EAP provider I've worked with over the past 22 years. Our two points of contact are always professional, responsive and proactive.
