Participants learn the core coaching competencies taught to professional certified coaches throughout the world. Coaching demonstrations, case studies and engaging exercises ensure participants embed the concepts they are learning. The virtual course includes 10 highly interactive classes. WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
This course gives participants an overview of coaching and teaches core coaching competencies including practical techniques for trust building, focused listening, evocative questioning, planning and goal setting. The course includes practice sessions that are reviewed by a professional coach who provides feedback on coaching skills and comprehension of the competencies.
