COURSE OVERVIEW
In this course participants learn advanced coaching skills to help highlight and explore areas that are often at the source of where a coachee becomes stuck, self-defeating or demotivated. Participants learn how to use the accompanying Personal Groundwork for Coaching Assessment™, a widely-used tool to help coaches move their clients past daily symptoms and into the deeper source of what gets in their way when moving toward bigger and broader goals.The virtual course consists of 8 classes.

Coaches, leaders and managers who want to learn advanced coaching skills and techniques for helping coachees discover the root of what is holding them back and how to move toward their goals.
WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
Participants will learn advanced listening, questioning and framing techniques designed to help with the more challenging coaching situations. Advanced skills will focus on helping coachees get to the root, expose blind spots and overcome resistance to change so they can get unstuck and start moving towards their goals.
