COURSE OVERVIEW
Participants will refine their coaching skills by coaching others and hearing others coach in a virtual classroom overseen and critiqued by an ICF certified professional coach. The environment fosters real-time learning as participants coach and observe others then provide feedback on what they saw and heard in the coaching. The virtual course includes 8 highly interactive classes.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
This course covers one core coaching skill each week. Participants will practice each skill and learn from direct feedback as well as by observing others. The teaching also includes coaching tips, techniques and demonstrations from an ICF Certified Coach.
