The People Element model is excellent! This includes all of the people you will deal with, their job knowledge and desire to help, and the way they partner with you. They make it easy for you to understand how to best pursue your strategy or needs using their tool and they are right there with you throughout the journey. The platform is comprehensive, yet very user friendly. All of what you get is an excellent value and we are more than pleased with our decision to choose People Element as our engagement survey partner!!! I've worked with multiple engagement partners over the years and it's my opinion that People Element and their representatives are the best out there!
PeopleElement provides an easy platform used for multiple surveys and reports with LifeView Group's employees. The reporting capacity is one of the top features. It allows for easy drilling into the data and compiling reports. People Element's customer service is fantastic and always willing to assist.

People Element has a good product for engagement surveys, I really like the data that can be reviewed; however, sometimes sorting can be difficult and it is not always clear what should be action items.
People Element meets the basic needs of my clients. My favorite feature is the already established surveys. I would like to further customize the reports and I prefer the old way the data was displayed in horizontal bar graphs & pie charts. The vertical bar graph that shows deviation from the overall favorability score causes confusion for all parties and is not typically the information the clients care about. They want to know how they employees view things in general, not based on favorability.
People Element is always responsive to my needs and provides great guidance and instruction. The tool is intuitive when building surveys, adding people and assigning permissions. The reports are still a little confusing for me, but I don't really need to access them.
Overall good experience - PeopleElement was quick on support, live data for exit interviews, and user friendly dashboard/reports. So far, the only downside has been some system limitations for what we need to do in reporting.
