    People Element has a good product for engagement surveys, I really like the data that can be reviewed; however, sometimes sorting can be difficult and it is not always clear what should be action items.

    People Element meets the basic needs of my clients. My favorite feature is the already established surveys. I would like to further customize the reports and I prefer the old way the data was displayed in horizontal bar graphs & pie charts. The vertical bar graph that shows deviation from the overall favorability score causes confusion for all parties and is not typically the information the clients care about. They want to know how they employees view things in general, not based on favorability.

    People Element is always responsive to my needs and provides great guidance and instruction. The tool is intuitive when building surveys, adding people and assigning permissions. The reports are still a little confusing for me, but I don't really need to access them.

    Overall good experience - PeopleElement was quick on support, live data for exit interviews, and user friendly dashboard/reports. So far, the only downside has been some system limitations for what we need to do in reporting.

    Wonderful Product and Wonderful Customer Service. The platform is very easy to use and we have never had any problems with getting help or answers to questions. It is almost instantaneous.

    People Element has a great data tool - easy to navigate. I was able to generate turnover and vacancy data for a specific set up job codes. The graphical representation and the data itself were impactful for a team of leaders with whom I am partnering.

    Our company was looking for help to our retention problems. People Element was able to ask the pertinent questions of our drivers and narrow down to what our “real issues” were. We then took those action plans and applied it to our daily operations. We immediately saw changes in our turnover numbers. People Element is able to pull back the curtain and look deeper into what your company is doing and solutions to those questions you may be asking yourself day after day. If you are looking for a different view of your company I strongly urge you to try People Element.
