Onward to Opportunity (O2O) is a partnership with the Institute for Veterans and Military Families (IVMF) at Syracuse University that provides industry-specific training to military members, veterans and military spouses in a select curriculum. When training is complete, participants are matched to job openings with O2O-partnered employers. The employers who participate in this program commit to interviewing matched participants, who are guaranteed to meet the basic requirements for open jobs.
