Our company has grown rather quickly over the last year and have experienced some pains that go along with that, including within our team's communication with each other. We decided to have everyone take the True Colors personality assessment to find out what their color profiles were. We then brought True Colors in for a company workshop, and it was great! The workshop taught us about our individual personalities, allowed us to explore those as a team, and also learn about the motivations and values of our colleagues. It not only energized my team, but I also saw them interacting with a new appreciation for each other.
