Quartz Magazine and Best Companies Group announces the launch of its Quartz’s Best Companies for Remote Workers program, designed to recognize companies that have created exceptional work environments for remote employees.
The program is open to companies of all sizes and industries, and it uses a rigorous two-part assessment process to evaluate each company's remote work policies, practices, and employee satisfaction.
"Remote work has become a critical part of many companies' operations, and we believe it's important to recognize the companies that are doing an exceptional job of supporting their remote employees," said Jaime Raul Zepeda, Executive Vice President of Best Companies Group. "Our program will provide valuable feedback and insights to companies looking to improve their remote work policies and practices, and it will help raise awareness of the importance of remote work."
Companies that participate in the Best Companies for Remote Workers program can receive detailed feedback on their remote work policies and practices, as well as benchmarking data to help them compare their performance to other top employers. They will also have the opportunity to showcase their achievements by being included on the Quartz Best Companies for Remote Workers list.
To be eligible for the program, companies must have at least 25 employees who work remotely most of the week, and must have been in business for at least one year. The assessment process will evaluate each company on a range of factors, including their remote work policies, technology infrastructure, communication and collaboration tools, and employee training and development programs.
