PUR MINDFUL Leadership

My mission is to develop Mindful Leaders who are self-aware and agile, who focus on building effective relationships, achieving sustainable performance and driving long-term business results.
Leadership is generally understood as the intersection between a leader, followers, and a situation, with direction, alignment, and commitment being the action elements.
The focus is first on the individual--knowing yourself and leading from the inside out; then on the relational aspect--leadership only occurs in relationship with others; and finally, on the transpersonal level--uniting a group to something bigger than themselves.  A common humanity. Leaders who are more aware develop a better work life balance and are able to be more present in their work and personal relationships.

MINDFUL LEADER = A Person in an influential place who takes radical responsibility to be totally available to all of his/her creativity in a non triggered, non reactive way; increasing emotional intelligence.
