Our reps are very knowledgeable and helpful. The product itself is very thorough; the survey somehow garners a lot of great information. But reports can be pages and pages long, depending on what you run. The reports are too long for employees to get through and see value in the return. The user site is quite outdated and not very user-friendly (seems to be stuck in the 90s). The site relies heavily on administrative task and follow-through, rather than self-led discovery and advocacy. Surveys are free to request, but the reports themselves cost "units," which could be considered costly.
