Strategy Class® is a program to teach strategic thinking skills and strategic planning tools and methods. It is for company leaders that want to enhance their ability to think and lead with greater clarity and confidence.
How does it work?
Strategy Class®s delivered in half or full-day workshops. Workshops are based on Strategic Focus: The Art of Strategic Thinking or can be fully customized around the specific strategic management competencies you want to improve.
What do you get?
You get the tools and techniques Focused Momentum® has used with corporations and non-profits to create successful growth plans.
