Levityzen is a place and a process for expanding mindfulness programs to include laughter classes and labyrinths. It is based on laughter wellness principles with activities focusing on laughing together and celebrating life for leveraging peoples energy! It integrates rhythm, movement, breathing and positive reinforcement and an invitation to play. It is a program for boosting morale, energy and teamwork. It encourages all staff to creatively empower their collective intentions and visions for company success. Create a program for staff to quickly release stress, increase energy, improve overall well being and learn various tools for staying focused. We are professional laughter leaders bringing laughter as powerful tools for employees wellness programs, schools, retreat center and healing organizations.
