Achieving Styles™ Individual Leadership Inventory (ASI)

The Individual Achieving Styles Inventory (ASI) measures the behaviors that individuals characteristically use to accomplish their goals. It identifies and measures the frequency with which an individual calls upon each of the nine behaviors in the Connective Leadership Model. When taken together, these behaviors constitute that individual’s Connective Leadership™ Profile.

The results of the Individual Achieving Styles Inventory (ASI) are presented as a polar graph, with narrative feedback interpreting the strengths and vulnerabilities of an individual’s Connective Leadership Profile. The feedback describes the behavioral styles that the individual calls upon most frequently, as well as those that the individual uses less often. The narrative feedback also describes the advantages and drawbacks of the most frequently used styles, as well as the benefits the individual foregoes by failing to use the remaining styles.
