The Aspirational Individual Achieving Styles™ Inventory (A-ASI) measures the behaviors that individuals aspire to use in the future to accomplish their goals. Used in conjunction with the ASI, the Aspirational ASI (A-ASI) enables individuals to compare their current goal-oriented or achieving behaviors to those they aspire to use in the future. This aspirational profile provides individuals with the information they need to design a strategy, often using the assistance of a leadership or executive coach, to become more effective leaders.
