The Organizational Achieving Styles Inventory (OASI) measures the achieving behaviors that an organization values and rewards. It identifies the organizational culture of any specific group or institution. Used in conjunction with the ASI (Individual), the Organizational Achieving Styles Inventory (OASI) can identify the fit between any individual’s current (or aspired to) goal-oriented behavior and the behavior valued and rewarded by a particular organization.
The results of the Organizational Achieving Styles Inventory (OASI) are presented as a polar graph with narrative feedback describing the achieving behaviors that the organization rewards, as well as those behaviors it tends to value less.
