The Achieving Styles™ Situational Evaluation Technique (ASSET) measures any specific task or position in terms of the Achieving Styles (e.g., goal-oriented behaviors) that are necessary for success under varying conditions. Used in conjunction with any job candidate’s individual Achieving Styles Inventory (ASI) profile, ASSET can determine the likelihood of success that individual’s behavioral pattern (ASI) will allow in that position. ASSET can rank order multiple candidates in terms of their Achieving Styles™ “fit” for any particular task or position.
The results for the Achieving Styles Situational Evaluation Technique (ASSET) are also presented as a polar graph. The graph describes the unique combination of goal-oriented behaviors required in any candidate for performing successfully in the given position or role.
