The Achieving Styles 360° Feedback Inventory Suite (ASI360E & ASI) consists of two related Inventories: one (ASI360E) that measures an individual’s goal-oriented behaviors, as viewed by relevant evaluators (e.g., supervisors, direct reports, colleagues, peers, clients/customers, acquaintances, etc.), and one that measures that individual’s own perception of his/her own behaviors (ASI). This Feedback Inventory Suite is useful in performance evaluation and feedback, executive and leadership coaching, as well as in conflict management situations.
