When i personally use workbright, it is a seamless and a quick process. As long as someone can read/follow directions it is for them as well. I like how convenient it is for our talent to use & how quick the process is. Only had challenges when individuals do not follow the steps with the process. I do not like how the user info populates everything but the state that they live in.

Workbright has been a fantastic tool to use as a talent specialist. I have enjoying learning and using it over the past number of months and it has been a great experience. It is very transparent about document management, since I'm able to look up cases for new hires and view their documents instantly. If I need to check the onboarding status for a person, Workbright is fast and lets me view them quickly. It also works great also when I need to view and approve documents for new hires, letting me approve them in real-time. I do think it needs a proper password reset function as an admin for when I need to assist a person with their account management.

Because technology is involved, we have had some candidates experience a few challenges with completing the steps. Excellent I-9 Process. I love the ease of use with having the new hire complete the I-9 and follow the rules for the Authorized Representative within the scope of complete compliance. The only challenge I have is when eVerify steps in and states that something is not correct. Very hard to unpack that.

Robust functionality and very user-friendly! We looked at a number of tools, but WorkBright was the easiest to use and also provided the best new hire experience for verifying i9's remotely. The process is seamless for new hires and takes less than 5 minutes, can't be that! No major challenges at all. Once I had a new hire fill something out incorrectly and I couldn't figure out how to fix it. Customer support was great and they helped me resolve it quickly.

They have never let me down - it's pretty much the simplest way to on-board a new hire. I get all my forms completed from each employee exactly as I need them in no time at all. Easy to explain the system to new recruits. I was so impressed with Workbright that I attempted to conduct Open Enrollment through the program. I got through it but it wasn't the right platform for something that requires arbitrary answers to questions.
