Core Energy Coaching™’s Impact on Work Satisfaction, Financial Gain, and Management Promotions

Until recently, there has been little research that considers the mechanisms of how energy influences quality of life. This article presents the results of a quantitative study exploring the relationship between energy, coaching, and life satisfaction. The purpose of the study was to determine if a person’s current energy level could predict life satisfaction and whether it was possible to significantly increase one’s energy level by employing a specific coaching methodology.

Through previous research studies, we uncovered overwhelming validation of our core philosophy at iPEC: There’s vast, unrealized potential inside every one of us and the key to awakening that potential is to access higher levels of consciousness. Since Core Energy Coaches have the unique ability to facilitate shifts in clients’ consciousness, this subsequent study seeks to explore the impact working with a Core Energy Coach over an extended period of time has on a person’s leadership potential and life satisfaction.

Baseline assessment data from one hundred eighty-four business leaders were analyzed to determine whether their level of Core Energy™ was significantly correlated with leadership competencies and satisfaction at work. The results indicated that leaders with a higher ARL and more constructive, anabolic energy were more confident in their leadership skills, more engaged at work, and experienced a higher level of overall satisfaction than leaders with a lower ARL and more constrictive, catabolic energy.
