As one of the largest nonprofits in the U.S., we wanted to hire a consulting firm who could advise and guide change and development of our organization and review and develop the programming and people aspects of our organization. We wanted to assess both programming as well as human resources for effectiveness. We hired C4IOE to provide the services and are glad we did given their depth of knowledge with business and nonprofits. After reviewing what we’re doing and analyzing alignment with the strategic plan, C4IOE evaluated the effectiveness of our programs and people practices and provided recommendations. Our leadership also worked with them regarding elements of change and developed a plan for the next several years to guide changes in practices, programming and people processes.

Deb provided overall management support for our management development program with Duquesne University for 16 of our middle managers. Deb was exceptional at organizing the curriculum, teaching core courses, providing development counseling and advisory services to our managers, and providing project management tools to our managers essential to completion of projects. The results were enthusiastically received by our senior management and produced exceptional results in terms of enhanced skills of middle managers in their personal development. Results of the program have been noticeable in the continuous management of the various departments. Would highly recommend Deb and would definitely hire her again.

I know Deb and of her organization (C4IOE) from her being highly involved as the Regional Project Coordinator for Pennsylvania Alliance of Security and Preparedness (PAASP), of which I was on the Advisory Board. As the project coordinator, she was a fantastic facilitator and very responsible coordinator. From the beginning she took the time to explain processes and procedures and when needed the logic behind certain budgetary decisions. She ensured we met regularly and was always on top of our issues and able to keep us on track. In addition, Deb continually managed to keep us motivated and was able to help us through some tough discussion issues. She always put in the effort needed to get the job done, but was still able to find time when discussion was needed. Deb was always able to help pass our concerns up through the bureaucracy and submit all the necessary documentation we needed to keep the Alliance moving in a positive direction. On a personal note, I enjoyed working with her both as a professional and as a friend. Deb is very intelligent, a good coach, and very personable. She had a positive attitude and was a diligent and hard worker. She is friendly and approachable while holding high professional standards in her work that leads to success. In summary, I give her my highest recommendation. I highly recommend and endorse her work and C4IOE. Furthermore, I am sure she will be able to produce positive and productive results for any company that hires her!
