This graphic depicts the Employee Life Cycle and how it aligns with organizational strategy. C4IOE works with clients in all areas of the life cycle. We find that clients may start out wanting to focus our work in one area of the Life Cycle, but then realize the effects or interconnectedness with other areas of the life cycle and impact across the organization. For instance, simply training people as an approach may or may not work depending on several factors. Resources, processes, technology, motivation and reinforcers, etc. may need to be taken into account or may be the guiding aspect for change.
