Bold Health addresses chronic digestive health and related workplace wellness issues, with effective and cost-efficient digital therapeutic solutions using behavioral science and mental health. Our mobile and web app uses a modular and employee self-directed programmatic approach (6 weeks plus maintenance) is the first commercially available clinically-validated cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) approach for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS). Behavioral techniques such as CBT address the dysregulation of gut-brain interactions in IBS that aggravate the syndrome. Such interventions are significantly more effective than conventional drug therapies, and have consistently been proven to work in clinical practice: over 70% of patients report a significant and sustained reduction of IBS symptoms and psychological relief.
