I've seen the WithHealth workplace program in action and was quite impressed with their staff - who are all really professional and clearly good at their work. They take privacy really seriously and follow all HIPAA requirements. They make a point to let you know that they don't sell or broker the data and they make their privacy standards clear from the start. Being at work felt much safer with their guidance.

This is ridiculous. How is this even legal? How can you release people's private medical information to employers? That is a clear violation of the ADA!
