In my opinion, This company seems to truly care about the safety of their customers and their customers employees. The training program is most effective because they use real life instance’s, great quality video’s and role playing. This help’s with both confidence and memory to help defuse a workplace violence situation when it occurs. You should check this program out before making a decision on this type of training. I have been working on a few Projects with (Ken and G.A.) of R3Results and am impressed with the detail and professional follow up to my projects for the US Government. Their insight to the actual issues and how to solve the particular problems we are facing with training from physical, verbal and emotional bullying in the workplace. I highly recommend their program and teaching techniques to combat these issues we are all facing daily; maybe more severely in the past two years with the added pandemic stresses.
