[Lancaster, PA] – [July 27th, 2023] – A graduating class of 13 professionals completed Everything DiSC® Certification today, July 27th, 2023. The certification course, which is offered by Center for Internal Change, provides participants with the knowledge and skills they need to understand and apply the DiSC model in their personal and professional lives.
“We are proud to announce the graduation of our latest class of Everything DiSC® certified professionals,” said Jeannie Bril, Senior Learning & Development Consultant at Center for Internal Change. “These individuals have demonstrated a commitment to learning and development, and we are confident that they will use their new skills to make a positive impact in their workplaces and communities.”
The Everything DiSC® model is a personality assessment that helps people understand their own natural tendencies and how they interact with others. The model is based on four personality dimensions: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance.
“The Everything DiSC® model is a valuable tool for anyone who wants to improve their communication, teamwork, and leadership skills,” said Bril. “We are excited to see how these graduates use their new skills to make a difference in the world.”
The graduating class included professionals from a variety of industries, including government, insurance, technology, mining, and education. They are now equipped to use the Everything DiSC® model to:
